What Currency Do I Pay In?

All Prices on the Loti Wellness website are in CAD.

When Will I Be Billed For My Subscription?

You will be billed right away for your first box when you place your first order. Signing up for Loti Wellness means opting into a membership that bills you based on your selected frequency (e.g., monthly, bimonthly, quarterly). In other words, you pay $54.95 per box based on the frequency you choose. All subscriptions renew on the 10th of the month, in advance of your next shipment. Boxes ship between the 24th and 30th of the month.

Can I Purchase a Gift That Does Not Auto-Renew?

Yes, a Loti Wellness Box is perfect for gifting self-care to someone you love, or even treating yourself! To purchase a box that does not auto-renew, simply select a Gift Option at check-out. All gift subscriptions are prepaid and billed at the time of purchase, and automatically expire at the end of their subscription period. Multiple month gift options are offered at a discount because of the upfront commitment, and are non-refundable.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

The cost of shipping in Canada is relatively high, but we agree that no one likes to pay for shipping! So we offer a discounted flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 CAD per box to Canada and $7.99 CAD to the contiguous US, and pay the difference ourselves.

All orders have an estimated 3 to 10+ days for delivery. Please inquire for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship worldwide at this time. Loti Wellness is not responsible for any government taxes / duties / customs for international shipments (where applicable).

When Can I Expect My Shipment?

The cut-off date to order is the 23rd day of the month (we ship between the 24-30th), otherwise your order will ship the following month. For instance, the cut off date to order January boxes is December 23rd. Please note if you ordered before our cut-off date but we are already sold out for the month, then your order will automatically be moved to the following month’s box.

Any non-subscription or gift item from the Loti Shop, including past boxes, ships immediately after your order is processed.

You will receive a tracking notice once your box ships to the email address on your account. Please allow 3-10 business days for your package to arrive if you’re within Canada, and 7-21+ business days for international shipments. Please ensure your address is correct at check-out, as we are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses.

Can I Skip a Month?

Yes, you can skip a month during your subscription. Just email us at hello@lotiwellness.com before the 10th of the month to skip the next shipment.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

If you are not completely satisfied with Loti Wellness, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your subscription payments at any time. Simply log into your account or email our Loti Team at hello@lotiwellness.com. In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next shipment, you need to cancel prior to the renewal date on the 10th of each month. If you’ve been billed for this month’s box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.

What is Your Return Policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your box, we are happy to accept returns for all subscriptions. Multiple month gift options are offered at a discount because of the upfront commitment, and are non-refundable. We accept a return of your Loti Wellness Box in exchange for store credit/refund if you email us and ship back your box within 14 days of receiving your box.

  1. Loti Wellness Boxes must be brand new in original/unopened condition with full contents and original/new packaging.
  2. The box must be wrapped in an outer poly bag, or another box. Any box without protective packaging, or has missing contents will not     accepted for returns.
  3. Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made.
  4. US orders: Once your return request is approved, please send your box using USPS.
  5. Shipping charges are non-refundable for all purchases made online.
  6. Customer is responsible for shipping and customs fees incurred in the return process.

We do not provide store credit for returned products that are opened, used,  returned after 14 days, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal use. We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us, therefore please ensure the Loti Wellness Box is packaged securely when being returned.

How Do I Receive a Refund?

If you would like to receive a refund, you must request it prior to the start of order processing and shipping (the 23rd of the month). Refunds are unavailable for boxes that have already shipped. If you have missing items or any items are damaged, we’ll be happy to help you out! To contact us, simply email hello@lotiwellness.com.
